Your vial only needs to be reconstituted once per NAD+ cycle. Before each injection, wash your hands and ensure the solution is clear, colorless, and free of visible particles or sediment.

Sensations And Dose Adjustments
Temporary sensations such as warmth, flushing, chest or stomach tightness, lightheadedness, stinging or soreness at the injection site, and nausea may occur. These effects are common and typically milder than with intravenous NAD+ administration. If they are severe, persistent, or concerning, contact your healthcare provider.
The standard dose is 100 mg (100 units) once daily for 10 days or every other day for 20 days. If needed, you may reduce your dose to 50 mg (50 units) daily for 20 days. If you choose this option additional syringes will be required. Contact us at concierge@nadnorthshore.com for details.
